No. It is read and counted in your browser. Nothing is sent, and nothing is saved: close the tab and it is gone.
[ 2 ]What is the difference between LYBUNT and SYBUNT?
LYBUNT is Last Year But Unfortunately Not This year. SYBUNT is Some Year But Unfortunately Not This year. Here a donor who gave last year is only on the LYBUNT list, so the two never overlap.
[ 3 ]Why are some rows skipped?
A row is skipped when the donor is blank or the date or amount cannot be read. The footing table counts them, so you can see the lists still add up to the whole file.
[ 4 ]How are donors matched?
By the name exactly as it is written, ignoring capitals and extra spaces. Two spellings of one person count as two donors, so clean duplicates first if you can.
